Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately smelled of smoke and marijuana. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our activities but lacked ample parking spaces. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options. The facilities were average.
Upon arriving at the hotel in Hampton, VA, I found the rooms to be really clean despite some stains on the walls. The service was somewhat cooperative, although the desk clerk was slow and rude when I checked in late at night. The location was convenient for my activities in Hampton, but the lobby seemed dirty. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options and the need for better monitoring. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was fine, except for being placed over the front door which led to some noise issues. The broken fridge caused a terrible smell in the room, making it feel a bit rundown and cheap. However, it was vacuumed and smelled clean when I initially walked in, which was a relief. The service was generally friendly and helpful, but I was disturbed by a very loud conversation at 1 AM that woke me up. The staff were somewhat cooperative with requests, but the breakfast was not up to par. The location was perfect for our activities in Hampton, being close to everything, but the main lobby appeared dirty and unsanitary. The dining experience left much to be desired, with frozen waffles being the main option and even the coffee not meeting expectations. Despite these issues, the facilities were decent overall.
